Taig fixture plates

3.5" x 12" x 1/2" 6061-T6 Aluminum plate. 9 counterbored mounting holes, 40 centered 10-32 holes for jig or clamping holds. Availible in raw or

hard ano finish. Very affordable for easy customization for specific uses.

End Mill Holders and Boring bar Adaptor.

Why do I need these?

These high tolerance parts make it easy for those of you that need to do lots of tool changes for your Taig CNC machining.  Only having one tool holder will require zeroing in the next tool.  This takes time.  With multiple tool holders and tool height offsets that can be used in a lot of today's CAD/CAM systems it is only a matter of seconds to go from one tool to the next.  Go straight from the 1/2" roughing end mill to clear out a pocket to a 1/8" fine pass end mill to clean up,  on to peck drill a  series of 12 1/4" blind holes and one last tool change to chamfer the holes and the edge of the freshly machined pocket.  Time saved on just this one part? 10 min? What about when you need to make 10 of these parts? 100?

1/2" endmill holder for the Taig ER-16 spindle. These endmill holders will allow continuous CNC operation with out having to switch over to the stock

3/4" x 16 spindle. The ER-16 Spindle will only accept collets up to ~3/8" so in order to use a 1/2" end mill you would have needed to change out to the old spindle

which takes up considerable time. No you will be able to just pop on a threaded End mill holder to complete those 1/2" tooling tasks. If the sales of these does as well

as the other eholders I will expand the line to cover more sizes.

Flats milled to allow used of 7/8" wrench for tightening (Works with the Taig coloum wrench).
Stainless Steel Setscrew for end mill lockdown, 100% corrosion resistance.
All Spindle threading and axial boring and reaming operations done in one CNC Setup to ensure maximum concentricity. .0005" Concentricity.

3/4" x 16 Spindle V 2.0 revisions include:

7075 Aluminum, As strong as the 12L14 Steel Version 1 but half the weight.
Flats milled to allow used of 7/8" wrench for tightening (Works with the Taig coloum wrench).
MIL Spec Hardcoat anodizing for complete corrosion resistance, abrasions resistance and surface strength. These will look great decades down the road.
Stainless Steel Setscrew for end mill lockdown, 100% corrosion resistance.
All Spindle threading and axial boring and reaming operations done in one CNC Setup to ensure maximum concentricity. .0005" Concentricity.
