Returns & Refunds Shipping Contacts Feb-June and Sept-Dec I work a "real" job 3:00 PM-4:00 AM Monday-Saturday Current scheduling for best response to emails(all times PST): 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM M-F 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM M-F Sunday usually all day Shipping times: Store orders are shipped on Monday, Wendsday, and Friday. Ebay orders are shipped once per week on Saturday. Delivery Confirmation: All orders are shipped via USPS and use Electronic Delivery Confirmation (EDC). This IS NOT tracking. Do not ask for tracking. I do not offer tracking. EDC by USPS regulations is only required to be entered into the USPS sytem AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. This is used as part of Paypal's systems of Buyer and Seller Protection Policy. Once you place a store order you will first recieve one of two emails. 1. Your Order has been recieved. Parts are in stock and the order will be shipped the next availible shipping day (Monday, Wendsday, or Friday). If you have any questions let me know. A shipping email will be sent from Paypal when the order is packed and shipped. Thank you. 2. Your order has been recieved. Order is being procesed and one or more parts are not currently in stock, If you would like to change or cancel this order please email me. Thank you When the item(s) ship you will recieve an email from Paypal/USPS with shipping information. Once again Delivery Confirmation IS NOT TRACKING and in 95% of the cases the EDC information will not change from when the label is printed, the item is shipped untill you actually recieve the item. Typical USPS information provided: Current Status You entered xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xx The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on September 24, 2005 to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. Returns and Refunds Policies Contact this email before sending in any returns: returns@whitewolfairsmithing.com Product you ordered sent by US or Priority mail is not insured and will not be replaced for free or on a rush basis if damaged in the mail. If packaging is damaged, product deffect cannot be assumed. Cancelled unshipped orders $100 or over will be charged a 4% handling fee. Paypal fees are non refundable. Unopened product returned within 30 days of the original invoice date is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened/Unused product returned within 30 days of the original invoice date is subject to a 20% repackaging fee. Exceptions: 1) Used product and custom orders may NOT be returned for any reason other then product defect. 2) Apparel items may not be returned for any reason. Product Defects If you believe a product is defective, you must allow us the oppurtunity to repair it. If we determine the product cannot be repaired, you can choose either a refund or replacement. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Important note: A product you have taken apart and reassembled incorrectly is never considered defective and is not eligible for refund. Shipping Policies

Shipping and Customs Costs Purchaser is responible for cost of return shipping and for all import taxes and duties imposed. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned or refused packages. Shipping Errors If we make an error in shipping your order, you may request a refud of the amount you paid for shipping. Please note that $2.00 of the shipping charges is a non refundable handling fee. If the shipping company makes an error, upon notification from you we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf, and will pass the refund to you when we recieve it.
